Stanhill Court Hotel was awarded Most Romantic Hotel by the AA and for very good reasons. In Restaurant 1881, the golden wood panelling glows amid the soft colours of the furnishings in the candlelight ~ a coal fire in the winter enhances the atmosphere, but Romance or no, successful business is also discussed at these fine tables. Business minded people come here for Lunch or Dinner, not only to enjoy our fine food, but to discuss business issues with colleagues and guests.

The food is fresh and presented with pride. Dishes can be adjusted to your own taste, with pleasure. The menu reflects International Cuisine and your choice of wine from our 200 Bin International Wine List can only add relish to your meal.

Private dining is another alternative. I would recommend the Library for between 8 and 16 guests. Entre nous, you could enjoy being the bon vivant for the evening. It really is a great way to dine.
