I appreciate that Wedding Days are very special & that you want to do everything you can to make the event perfect BUT if you have other guests staying as I was for a special celebration the next day would you please inform them on arrival how they can exit the hotel (to go out to eat as there was no food available) and return so they are not accosted by a member of staff & informed they should not be waiting by the front door as the area was private & we should not be there. This was very embarrassing to say the least.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel - which gave me the best night's sleep ever in a hotel! Regardless of star rating. the food was excellent ad only the non-availability of bar snacks and my room heating not working until the morning, marred an otherwise faultless stay. Booking ref: 16197309R

The day went very smoothly thanks to the excellent staff. The food was fantastic. Donna was a pleasure to work with in the run up to the wedding. The only thing was our room was so cold in the night otherwise everything was perfect, thank you!

Level of service - excellent, Friendliness of staff - excellent, Attention to Detail - Excellent, Accommodation - excellent, Cuisine - Excellent.
We had an amazing day, from the food to venue, to staff. Michael and in particular Matthew went out of their way to accommodate our guests.

Service is excellent, food is good. Piped music needs a lot to be desired. Toilets smell, coffee is tasteless. Everything else is very good

Excellent welcome. We were made to feel very welcome. Everyone was extremly warm, professional and courteous. Cuisine - Exceeded our expectations in every way - including the lovely surprise cake.
Function room - absolutely suitable for requirements.
Accommodation - One of the best & most comfortable bed we have ever slept in.
Stay exactly as you are - it was absolutely perfect and the staff are a credit to this wonderful venue.

Excellent service,staff were extremley professional, polite & helpful. Food was lovely. Tried something we hadn't had before. Lovely room. It was a tad warm so we appreciated having a window. Accommodation again lovely. The room had everything we needed. It was a please to stay here. I am seriously considering holding our wedding here next year - so this was a perfect trial run. Please can you pass on my thanks & appreciate to all the staff who helped us out last night. It was a pleasure to hold our event here & you will definitely see us again next year, I'm sure
