A: We offer a variety of room types, including Cosy Doubles, Standard Double Rooms, Superior Rooms, Family Rooms, and Junior Suites. Many of our rooms feature views over our grounds and gardens. You can view our room types here.

Q: Do your bedrooms have hairdryers?
A: Yes, all of our bedrooms have hairdryers in.

Q: Are your rooms suitable for families?
A: Yes, we have family rooms and can provide cots if necessary.

Q: Is there Wi-Fi in the bedrooms?
A: Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including all bedrooms.

Q: Are the rooms air-conditioned?
A: Selected rooms are air-conditioned. Fans are available on request.

Q: Are there USB points in every room?

A: Yes, there are USB points in every room.

​

Q: Are there ironing boards in the rooms?

A: Ironing boards are provided in our upgraded rooms. Please contact our reception team ahead of your arrival and we’ll be happy to provide one on request.

A: Yes, we have rooms designed for guests with limited mobility. Please contact our reception team here to ensure we meet your specific requirements.

Q: What time is check-in?
A: Check-in is from 15:00 onwards.

Q: What time is check-out?
A: Check-out is at 11:00am. Late check-out may be available at an additional charge of £10.00 per hour. Please enquire at reception.

Q: Can I arrange an early check-in?

General Hotel Information

Q: Do you have parking available?
A: Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking for all hotel guests and event attendees. We have 300 car parking spaces available.

Q: I would like to leave my car at your hotel whilst I am on holiday, how does this work?

A: We offer a Park & Fly service. To book, please visit the Radisson website, then contact our reception team on 01293 862166 or enquiries@stanhillcourthotel.co.uk to let us know how many days you’d like to park for. To use this service, you’ll need to stay at the hotel for at least one night. Parking is charged at £5 per day, per vehicle.

A: We are approximately 10 minutes’ drive from Gatwick Airport.

Q: How do I find you? 

A: By Car: Stanhill Court Hotel is located in Charlwood, just 10 minutes from Gatwick Airport and 45 minutes from Central London. We offer complimentary on-site parking for all guests.

​

 By Train: The nearest stations are Gatwick Airport and Horley, both a short taxi ride from the hotel. Trains run frequently from London Victoria, London Bridge, and Brighton.

By Bus: Local buses serve Charlwood village, though services are limited. For convenience, we recommend travelling by car or taxi.

​

By Air: We’re only a 10-minute drive from Gatwick Airport, making us the ideal stop before or after your flight. Our Park & Fly service is also available for guests who wish to leave their car with us while travelling.

Taxis: Our reception team will be happy to arrange a taxi for you. We work closely with Evo Taxis, a reliable local company.

Q: Is the hotel dog-friendly?
A: Yes, we welcome dogs in selected rooms and areas of the hotel. This would be an additional £25.00 per night per dog. Please inform us when booking.

Q: Do you offer gift vouchers?
A: Yes, gift vouchers for stays, dining, and afternoon tea are available to purchase.

​

Q: Do you have electrical charge points for my car?
A: Yes, we have two charging points. This cannot be pre-booked, you will need to download the ROAM: EV Charging App to see if they are available.

​

Q: Do you have a gym and swimming pool?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have a gym or swimming pool however this is something we are considering for the future.

Q: Can you help me book a taxi to go the airport?

A: Of course, our reception team will be happy to assist when you arrive. We work with Evo Taxis, a trusted and reliable local company.

Q: Can I hold my wedding at Stanhill Court Hotel?
 A: Absolutely – Stanhill Court Hotel is a licensed wedding venue and offers stunning indoor and outdoor spaces for your ceremony and reception. Please email our wedding planners here.

 A: We can accommodate up to 200 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 300 guests for an evening reception.
