A 25% non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required in order to secure your event. Without both, your event will not be secured. Full Payment must be made 14 days prior to arrival. If full payment is not made 14 days prior to the date of the event, we have the right to cancel and release your booking date with full charges. Pre-orders are required no later than 14 days prior to your event date.
