Arriving by Car
As we share our postcode with several of our neighbours, your Sat Nav will only take you to the edge of the property (Beggarshouse Lane). Please continue on Stan Hill for a further 200m and the hotel entrance is on your left. (Look out for the flags)

Arriving by Public Transport
Please note that due to our location, we do not have any means of public transport that passes the hotel. The nearest bus stop is 1.5 miles away in the village of Charlwood.
We do recommend using a local Taxi service to and from the hotel. If you use on of our nominated suppliers, they will only charge a fixed price of £12.50, per way, to London Gatwick Airport, which is only 10 minutes from the hotel. Please note that from 8th March 2021, London Gatwick Airport will be imposing an additional £5.00 fee for every drop off and pick up at the Airport. Please also be aware that larger taxis accommodating luggage requirements may incur additional charges.

Arriving at the hotel
When arriving at the hotel, please visit reception before parking your car. Once you have offloaded your luggage the receptionist will issue a parking ticket, which must be displayed in your window at all times. The receptionist will also advise which area of the car park to use. Your vehicle will not be moved, except in emergency situations. Guests are reminded that vehicles and their contents are left entirely at their own risk.

The lower rate must have been found within 24 hours of the original booking being made.
The public rate must include the same payment policy, cancellation policy, room type and inclusions as the rate in question.
Stanhill Court Hotel has the right to determine the validity of the claim and determine that the rate found online is genuine.
Rate discrepancies due to a difference in currency exchange or VAT are excluded in this policy.
All contracted rates that are not available to the public such as agreed group or corporate rates are excluded in this policy.
