A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your place, any bookings not confirmed with a deposit will be released.  By paying your deposit, you are accepting these terms and conditions. The remaining amount must be settled by Monday 18 December 2023 and we will automatically process the payment using the card details we have on record. Completed pre-order forms are also required by Monday 18 December 2023. A pre-order form will be sent to via email, if you haven't received your confirmation email with your pre-order form, it's always a good idea to check your junk or spam email folder as sometimes legitimate emails can be mistakenly marked as spam by email filters.
